Smart H.265+ Video Encoder and Decoder
Eeasy Tech applies intelligent H.265+ encoding technology to separate the background and foreground of the monitoring picture by establishing a background model, and extract the foreground target as ROI (area of interest) encoding. The encoding bit rate is significantly reduced without reducing the monitoring picture quality, thus saving storage space and network transmission bandwidth.
