The SV823C AI SoC integrates the second-generation self-developed NPU, providing 1.0 TOPS AI computing power. It adopts the QFN package and embeds 1 Gb DDR. The SV823C supports intelligent application scenarios such as face recognition and detection, human recognition, license plate recognition, vehicle model recognition, video structuring, and intelligent behavior analysis.
