The SH516 AI SoC adopts the TSMC 22nm advanced process, integrates 1 Gb DDR3L, and uses QFN88 package and 9 mm x 9mm body size. It is a highly-integrated and low-power vision analysis platform created by Eeasy Tech. This SoC integrates the second-generation self-developed NPU, which can efficiently support smart vision application scenarios such as object classification and recognition, text recognition, face detection and recognition, skeletal analysis, and gesture recognition. The SH516 is suitable for smart education and smart home.
