The SH516C AI SoC adopts the TSMC 22nm advanced process, integrates 512 Mb DDR2, and uses QFN88 package and 9 mm x 9mm body size, featuring high integration and low power consumption. The SH516C integrates the second-generation self-developed NPU and supports gesture recognition, human detection and follow, voice keyword recognition and other AI algorithms. In AI applications, the SH516C is suitable for smart home and smart toy and has excellent performance in interactive products.
