On December 29, the 18th China Public Security Expo (CPSE), a grand event in the security industry, concluded successfully. At the CPSE, Eeasy Tech brought a full range of its products, including on-device inference AI SoCs of Series SV (smart security), Series SA (smart vehicle), and Series SH (smart device). Eeasy Tech also exhibited its partners' AI products based on Eeasy Tech's chips.
Smart IPC Solutions
Facing the front-end AI IPC cameras, Eeasy Tech's AI chips are compatible with many third-party algorithms, including object recognition algorithms for "motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and people", falling objects, electric vehicles, hardhats, and open kitchens, which help promote smart security applications.
The SV826 and SV823 / SV823C launched in 2021 integrate Eeasy Tech's self-developed 2nd Gen NPUs. With 1.5T/1.0T computing power, they can support common frameworks such as Caffe, TensorFlow, and Pytorch. Compared with the previous generation, the bandwidth consumption of memory access was reduced by up to 50%, leading to more effective computing power and better performance. In addition, the SV823/SV823C has a built-in 1Tops computing power NPU and integrates 2Gb/1Gb memory. It has high integration and a more streamlined QFN package.
Professional ISP for Security
Facing smart security applications, the SV826 and SV823 / SV823C adopt H.265+ and can record 4K Ultra HD videos. They also integrate a professional ISP for security use, which supports 2 to 3 widths of dynamic fusion and adaptive noise reduction. It performs well in both backlit and lightless environments.
Smart Vehicle Solutions
This year, the SA226 and SA223 for smart vehicles were launched, which support many AI algorithm applications of intelligent assisted driving, and can be used on AI products such as truck recording equipment, smart DVRs, smart rearview mirrors, and BSD cameras.
Smart Device Solutions
The chips for smart devices support smart vision applications, such as object classification and recognition, text recognition, facial detection and recognition, skeletal analysis, and gesture recognition. They can be applied on AI products, such as smart conference cameras, AI tripod heads, and AI scanning translators.
Ecosystem of On-Device SoC
At the CPSE, smart security products based on Eeasy Tech's SoC were exhibited, such as smart development boards, video AI boxes, edge gateways, and IPCs for license plate detection and recognition. Thanks to the idea of scenario-based IP design and years of experience in IP independent research, Eeasy Tech's SoCs can be easily produced, tested, and maintained, which enables mass production of customers' AI devices.
In the first quarter of next year, Eeasy Tech will launch the low-power smart vision chip SV822/SV820, which integrates self-developed 0.5T computing power NPUs, creating a chip product matrix of diversified computing power to support AI applications.
