On November 7, 2024, the 2024 China Microelectronics Industry Conference & the 19th “China Chip” Award Ceremony was held in Hengqin. In this year's “China Chip” award, Eeasy Tech's SA230 series of AI SoCs was honored with the “Outstanding Technological Innovation Product" award.

Since its establishment in 2006, the “China Chip” Outstanding Product Award has been committed to becoming a bellwether for IC technology and product development, and has been well-recognized by the industry authorities.

It is reported that this year's event received 359 chip products from 275 companies, which basically covered the entire integrated circuit field. In this year's competition, Eeasy Tech's SA230 series of AI SoCs were honored with the “Outstanding Technological Innovation Product” award. This award is for chip products with strong technological innovation, independent intellectual property rights, and benefits to the development of the entire supply chain.

SA230 series of AI SoCs is integrated with self-developed NPU (neural network processing unit), provides up to 1.0 TOPS of intelligent computing power, supports 4K encoding, while applying dark full-color ISP technology, which ensures the picture quality effect in extremely dark scenes and realizes more accurate intelligent inference.

SA230 adopts low-power design, supports hardware CPUIDLE technology, NPU adaptive voltage scaling technology, DRAM dynamic frequency scaling technology, etc. It provides on-device computing power with low power consumption, and can support a variety of algorithms, including blind spot detection, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, front vehicle departure warning, face recognition, and driver fatigue monitoring, etc. The SA230 series has been successfully applied to various automotive electronic products.
