Highlights of Chips Series SH

The SH506/SH518 is a visual AI SoC independently developed by Eeasy Tech. With high integration and low power consumption, it can be applied on AIoT products, meeting demands for intelligent education, smart home, attendance and access control, etc. The SH506/SH518 integrates Eeasy Tech's self-developed NPUs, which can provide 0.6T/0.8T computing power and has a built-in 256MB DDR. Meanwhile, the SH506/SH518 can integrate other algorithms, such as third-party OCR, splicing, translation, and TTS. It is also equipped with third-party dictionaries, background content, and a complete set of SDK with applications, which makes it open to secondary development by customers.

The SH506 integrates dual-core Cortex-A7 and supports large-screen and video display. It is equipped with a dual camera that supports differentiated applications and meets customers' demands for diversified products.

 
The SH518 adopts 22nm process and has low power consumption. The deep sleep current of the AI scanning translator reaches 1.5mA, which greatly improves the battery life. The 2nd Gen NPU supports parallel operation of algorithms such as OCR, splicing, and TTS. It can ensure smooth system operation without occupying the CPU.
